Sage, Baruch and Levi are voted off America's Got Talent
September 19th 2008
Reaching the TOP 10 on America's Got Talent would be an accomplishment The
Wright Kids would not soon forget, but now, they had to forget about TOP 10 and
think about TOP 5. Their next song would be ABC, a 70's pop
hit by the Jackson 5. They would have to learn this new song quickly so
they could perform it for millions of television viewers in less than a week.
Challenged by sickness, days slipped away before Levi could practice the new
song. After plenty of rest and prayers, Levi finally recovered and started
feeling like his old self again. With everyone now onboard, The Wright Kids were
ready for action.
Elevated stages and cannon fired streamers were exciting additions to the
kids' TOP 10 performance. After their ABC performance, judges gave positive
reviews. "You have done your parents proud" said Piers Morgan and David
Hasselhoff added "You've obviously got talent".
The following day, The Wright Kids would return to the AGT stage for the TOP
5 results show. Again, the kids were one of the first two acts called to the
center of the stage. This time, however, Jerry Springer announced Nuttin But
Stringz would be in the TOP 5. Jerry and the judges anguished over the
results and were very consolatory. "I'm gonna come and see you at your ice cream
parlor", said Jerry.
